0:54.7	Hi. Glad to be here. So today we're going to be talking through group guidelines. And as you can
1:00.0	tell from the intro, this one may be a little bit of a relaxed episode. But group guidelines are
1:06.0	really important. And so each of us is going to talk through really this guideline, these guidelines that we've set up for groups and that they're put in place to help protect and nurture healthy and effective groups.
1:17.1	So we're going to be talking through the guidelines themselves and also talk through why they're important to follow in the group structure.
1:22.7	So let's just start with this first question and that is why do we have group guidelines?
1:29.1	What's the purpose behind it?
1:30.8	Well, the purpose of group guidelines really didn't come out of a bunch of genius people
1:35.1	getting together just to make a bunch of rules for everybody to follow.
1:38.3	But they really came out of what we saw worked best for the group.
1:42.8	So with hundreds of group experiences between all of us
1:46.9	on staff here and talking to leaders all over the globe and hearing the same issues, it really
