these are fun. But no, seriously, this one today is part one of two of a previous discussion I had with

Josh Bloom, who was a reverse mortgage specialist with Mutual of Omaha. Josh, I had Josh on

when I was doing my weekly live videos, my Facebook group

taxes and retirement, I would have a special guest come on, typically once a month to talk about

a particular topic or strategy or something in which I wasn't the, or I'm not an expert in.

So I decided to do one about reverse mortgages because I think they can be a benefit to certain people in certain situations. So I, I'm acquaintances with Josh.

I thought he'd be the perfect person to come and talk about these. Since this is what he does,

he's truly an expert in it. So we wrapped for about, I don't know, I think the original recording,

the original video is about an hour and 15 minutes.

That included a bunch of Q&A, but a lot of it was Josh going over the basics.
