like me no uh does it mean to have good skin i need to clear my head does that mean you want to have good skin? I need to clear my head. Does that mean you want to have nice

skin? No, no, no. It means you want to forget about your stress. You want to get rid of your

stress, your anger, your frustration.

If you're too stressed, if you're too angry, if you are unable to focus on something because of another problem,

well, in that case, you might want to clear your head, which means empty your head.

Get rid of the stress.
