Hey mommy millionaires so I know a ton of you guys are trying to build a sales team. Maybe you already have one or you are like slowly dragging along the few people that you have.

I want to talk to you about how to build an amazing team culture,

how to get things done together

and have a lot of fun while doing it.

For those of you guys that don't know I've built a very successful network

marketing team last year we did 37 million dollars in sales and we work very

closely together but we don't micromanage each other.

I believe in empowering, empowering, and empowering like crazy.

And remember this, the speed of the leader is the speed of the pack.

So if you want your sales team to do something, you have to be doing it.

And I think that's like the number one thing that people get stuck in is like oh well I've reached

my goals and so now I'm gonna take my foot off the pedal and I'm gonna try to help

other people reach theirs. That's the worst thing that you can do, okay? Because when you're in action, just the fact that you're in

action, that you're selling, that you're hitting goals still, that inspires your team

to do the same thing.

And I think about any time my business

has like taken a little lull or it's been kind of dull,
