Summary
I see it all the time with entrepreneurs, it's either burnout or feeling stuck. But the real question is… which one are you actually dealing with?
In this episode, we're getting honest about what's really going on beneath the surface. Because how you feel about your business matters, and mislabeling burnout as being stuck (or the other way around) can keep you spinning your wheels and feeling even more frustrated.
These mental blocks don't fix themselves. And if you don't address them the right way, they can lead to resentment, exhaustion, and disconnection from the very business you've worked so hard to build.
Today, I'm helping you identify the difference between burnout and being stuck, and giving you a clear path forward so you can move past the overwhelm, regain clarity, and start building from a place that actually feels sustainable again.

| 1:01.5 | there are a lot of women right now experiencing one or the other, burnout or just plain out, |
| 1:07.7 | you know, feeling stuck. And so I thought we would start this podcast, first of all, we'd just like, do a little bit of self-diagnosis, okay? Just like, I'm going to ask you some questions. Just so first of all, if you're a woman who's feeling, like, I'm not sure which it is, Jen, but it's one of these two. Well, here's some questions that I think could help. Okay. So, so let me ask you and I've got, I think, oh, let's see, one, two, three, seven-ish questions. Seven-ish, okay? So if I was to hand you like a done for you plan, could you execute that in your business today? If you're like, yeah, absolutely, then you're probably stuck. But if you're like, |
| 1:44.3 | nope, then that's probably more likely burnout. All right. If I was to ask you, do you feel tired or do you |
| 1:55.4 | just feel like confused and hesitant? If you're tired, that's more indicative of burnout. If you're hesitant, |
| 2:02.5 | confused, that's more indicative of being stuck. Okay. If I was to say, hey, are you avoiding |
| 2:08.1 | things because you can't or avoiding things because you don't want to? Those are two totally |
| 2:12.2 | different things. And by the way, this takes some self-reflection, you know, and some being really |
| 2:16.3 | honest with yourself type of conversations. |
| 2:19.6 | Because if you can't do something, it's usually you can chalk that up to burnout. |
| 2:24.7 | But if you don't want to, it's often because you're stuck. |
| 2:28.7 | All right. |
