Today’s expression and dialog: writer’s block I’ve got writer’s block. What are you writing? Dialogs for E-cubed. Why don’t you… When was the last time you wrote a letter? I mean, a letter to your grandma or your parents or your children? Texting and phone calls are so easy and so inexpensive, but...don't you think letters are so much nicer?! The last time I wrote a big letter was YEARS ago--I need to do that. However, I do write shorter letters--especially on birthdays or Mother's Day or Father's Day. Today I was thinking about what to write on the card I bought for my father--Father's Day is coming up soon. And as I was thinking...I couldn't think of ANYTHING smart to say! 0:58.6	It means you want to write something, but you don't have any ideas.

1:09.2	So I'll give you an example.
1:14.9	In June, what is it, next week?
1:16.9	I think it's next weekend, my goodness.
1:17.2	Really?
1:19.5	Father's Day is coming up.
1:23.2	The third Sunday in June of every year.
1:25.9	The third Sunday is Father's Day.
1:32.8	So I went to the post office today and I saw a Father's Day card.
1:38.1	And on the cover of the card, it says, happy Father's Day. And on the inside of the card, there was nothing.
1:43.6	Which means that I have to write something.
1:48.4	So I thought about buying the card, and then I thought about what would I write?
1:53.6	Dear Dad, happy Father's Day.
1:56.9	Dad, um, dad, um, dad, um, dad,
