Okay, so I told you guys I've got a few more days of dump, D-U-M-P, but I've decided not to. I'll share a couple more D-U-M-P expressions in the upcoming weeks. Yeah, I worry. Why no dump? Because I worry that I'm going to give

you too much and you're going to get bored.

So anyway, today I have another great expression.

It has nothing to do with dump.

It is, to put it bluntly.

To put it bluntly, To put it bluntly.

This is a great expression, and there are many variations, but it's commonly used like this.

To put it bluntly.

So let me first explain the words.

To put, P-U-T.

To put actually means to say. So to put it bluntly, the same thing, to say it bluntly.

So it, what is it? It actually refers to my opinion or the truth or what I think.

So to say my opinion bluntly,

B-L-U-N-T-L-Y.

Bluntly simply means directly

without any sugar.

So basically it means being honest, really honest, even when what you have to say is not very nice.
