We just finished up a three part series on starting seeds indoors, lots of information

there, and gosh, if you didn't learn a thing or two from those three podcasts, then you

already know everything there is to know, because wow, I really learned a few new things,

especially as it relates to the new technology that's out with the LED lights and how that's

continuing to improve and be more suited for indoor growing.

So lots of information there, and I have plenty, in fact, I'll just tell you, I have

about 3,000 seedlings in eight different flats using Kreglehoyers thick planting technique

or densely planting technique.

So I've got my work cut out for me in another couple weeks when those are ready for transplanting.

So I'll be busy then, but the point of today's conversation is to address what do we do

in that time between now when we've planted all those seeds, typically there's about

60 days ahead of when they are safe to plant outside, and what we call that frost-free

period, that last risk of frost for the spring season is now passed, and it's warm enough

where we can take those tender seedlings and plant them into the ground.
