mindfulness and meditation are excellent tools and maybe they're even the best possible tools

to help us live with intention. Now the science lists a long list of meditations benefits.

Some of them we are aware of,

reduced stress, reduced anxiety, improved sleep.

But the list includes things you may not have even thought of, such as

mindfulness may help prevent memory loss as we age, and mindfulness may help us control addictions.

Mindfulness is obviously important,

but if you've ever attempted to adopt a practice before,

On the one hand, there's time constraints.

You'll hear me talk about how when I first started trying to meditate,

I literally could not find 15 minutes in my day with a baby to

say quietly so there's time constraints there's the always wandering mind and there's also the realization that the benefits of

meditation aren't immediate. It's kind of like going to the gym right if you go to
