Tom is encouraging us all to have goals and to write them down.

I remember I got this advice gosh, many years ago and I can never like figure out like what is the point of having to write my goal down.

I already know what it is like why do I have to write it down?

Why do I have to see it all the time?

But it makes a huge difference when you do it because it takes the goal from out of your mind and it puts it on paper.

It brings it into the physical world.

In my goal, I keep on a card and it's on my desk.

There's like a speaker on my desk and it's propped up on the speaker and it's right at about eye level.

So every time I turn my head to the left, I can see my goal.

So I can't tell you how many times I see my goal every day.

It's probably hundreds of thousands of times.

And it's always a constant reminder of what I'm going after and why I'm going after it.

So I highly recommend you write down your goals and listen to Tom because the guy knows his stuff.
