Welcome to track number four of warnings of purpose.

Now the purpose of shuffling conference.

Number one, John 15, 16.

Shuffling conference is to ensure the continuity of the church beyond the life of the founder

and beyond the life of any single human being. Amen.

John 15, 16, you have not chosen me, but I have chosen you and ordained you that you should go and bring for fruit and that your fruit should remain.

Amen.

Now, that is the purpose of shuffling.

One of the purposes of the shuffling conference is to ensure that if the founder is not there,

the church will be marching unnaturally.

That is why shuffling conference is very important for everybody to be part of it.

So those of you who are against shuffling conference, you are against yourselves.

You see, when there is a strong leader, right, he has usually multiple gifts working on. So many things that he's doing are because of giftings that are several.

He has management, gift, administrative, financial, spiritual, anointing, pastoral, evangelistic, apostolic.

Different things are working at the same time.

Few people have all such gifts at the same time.

That person's time to be around is limited.

One day, he will be gone.

When he is gone, is at the end of a great thing.

It should not be.

So Shuffling Conference must now run the church, even though the founder is there.

That is the best way it should be.
