Today's episode is with Stan the Nunnyman who's all about protecting your downside and minimizing risk.

Great to be here. I hope that I will provide some information on annuities that people aren't aware of,

and they'll look at them in a different light. So let's get to it.

Awesome. Well, as your name suggests, you are the amount of annuities and a little disclosure time.

I have several annuities that I've picked up through Stan and his company. And I particularly love

them and I want to dissect the channel and the investment opportunity in these type of vehicles.

And that's what Stan is here to help us go through. So Stan, if you don't mind if you would give us just a little background and introduction to you and how you got into the annuity business. Well, I've been in the financial services business for a long time. You know, there's a firm called Dean Whitter that got purchased by Morgan Stanley that I worked for both of them. Then I went to a firm called

Payne Weber that got purchased by UBS, worked for both of them. So I've been doing this a long time,

managed money at a very high level, worked at the World Trade 2 Center, got out of the business

when UBS took over Payne Weber just to find myself in midlife crisis type thing. No one plans

to become Stanley Newuity, man.

It just kind of happened. I called into a radio show locally that was pushing fraudulently the annuities, and they were pumping and dumping them. And I was like, hey, you know, I called them in and filleted them like a flounder. The next thing I know, my phone starts ringing. That was nine years ago, and here we are now. I'm the number one independent annuity agent in the country.
