Ennell X-Way is the North American bit of the giant Ennell, which is in the top 60 largest companies in the world, a huge energy producer globally, but they're North American operations shutting down. They have the juice box charges, both residential and commercial. They're going to become dumb charges. They've already shut down customer service. You've got a weak notice. So the app won't work. There'll be no connectivity that you could plug your car in,

but all of the app functionality, that all goes away. They're shutting it all down. Commercial

operations, even more serious because when the software doesn't work, and that's not just

big businesses that want to retail, they want to have charges on their sites. That could be

multifamily dwellings or blocks of apartments

that have used the commercial version of their hardware, and that won't work without the software.

And so big, big implications for that. And I'm sure there'll be some legal ramifications as well.

They've got the money in the bank account, their parent company at least, but the North American bit of an L shutting down suddenly and leaving the

market and leaving customers as well, in the lurch as well, not getting the stuff that they've

paid for and bought those juice box charges. Well, Rolls Royce, the premium EV maker, I will call

them that, have said that plug-in hybrids just don't work for them because unless you go

electric, you don't

get the waftability. And that's not me saying that. That's the CEO of Rolls-Royce, Chris Brown,

rich using the word waftability. Electric power gives you the effortless, silent power,

loads of torque, loads of power, and they're having loads of success with their specter.

I'm sure Bentley are looking at them being like,

oh, I wish we could have the success.
