And as I mentioned the other day, I've had a lot of people trying to get stuff faster and some of them don't want to call in or they're busy and they just want to do it online. So we now have an expedited shipping option in the checkout. Now, because the rates have been going up and down all across the board, we're trying to ship the packages out with expedited shipping as fast as we physically can.

So, majority of these packages are going out three-day select.

Some of them are going out second-day air, and that's all included in the expedited shipping option.

So if you're wanting something fairly quick and you need it, you know, in a

hurry from UPS, it's the best option unless you want to call us and get a very specific rate.

You want like next day air early a.m. We still have that option, but we have to do that over the phone

because that can that can vary very, very differently depending where you're at. So be sure to check

it out on the website.

Also, too, Dan and I talked about this yesterday, and I told you guys a few weeks ago,

Amazon pretty much was coming after us for the zinc glycinate formula.

As everybody knows, I absolutely loathe Amazon.

However, I do have an Amazon account for Healthmasters that we use to basically market

and advertise our products.

Most of the products on there, I have much higher than I have on the website.

I encourage people to come directly on the website, and I'll give you a much better deal.

And the only reason I do it is to pretty much use Amazon Marketplace as a marketing tool that's

pretty much free and I don't really sell anything on there.

Well, apparently now they're doing everything they can to try to crack down on small business
