So there's a new report out that says that in a lot of major markets in the United States, homes are overpriced at least 10%.

People hear this and they get really worried that they're going to end up in a position where you buy now and you're going to end up upside down in that home.

Fitch, which is, they're a buying rating agency among other things.

And they say that typically around the country, homes are overpriced 6% with a number of major metro areas 10% or more.
