I think by all accounts, everything that I'm hearing, seeing reading has the Niners taking Mac Jones, but I do think there are people in the 49ers organization who like Trey Lance and trying to talk up Trey Lance.

I don't know if it's going to factor in with Kyle Shanahan and his father Mike were making the pick, but it feels like the Niners knew who they were going to pick a month ago when they made this trade, but they did their due diligence.

It's almost like we know who we want. Now I'll try to talk us out of this. And if you can talk us out of this, then that's the right pick. Maybe Trey Lance is talking the Niners out of this, but by, you know, what I've heard, my source says, still think that I'm going to talk about this.
