There's gift I've ever received has to be a bike when I was younger, a pedal bike.

It was a sort of slick little road bike and I remember it was all like it was so it was all wrapped up

but it was so obvious what it was obviously because nothing shaped like a bike and I had a little ribbon on it

So long long ago and far far away during the housing bubble it was a thing

condo building in Florida that was under construction and he was running by his scenario to me that he was planning to buy 10 of the units in this is yet

unfinished condo. And I started asking him questions I said how much you know it was in Fort Myers Florida I was asking how much you know about Fort Myers. He said I don't even know where it is on a map.

I was like I didn't say this was like dude. And I was like go there learn the market but buying 10 places is when you could buy as an faster really speculator you could buy places no money down.
