| 0:14.0 | Today we are wrapping up our discussion on Q1 deliveries and production, |
| 0:17.0 | looking at a note from Elon Musk to employees, |
| 0:20.0 | and going into Q2 delivery estimates. |
| 0:22.0 | Tesla stock on the day closed down 0.98% to $280.69, |
| 0:27.5 | this compared to the Nasdak down 0.05%. |
| 0:30.6 | Okay, so yesterday when we left off, |
| 0:32.2 | we were talking about model 3 production rate to end Q1, |
| 0:35.0 | specifically that the language that Tesla was using in that release was much more confident |
| 0:40.0 | than the language that they used at the end of Q4. |
| 0:42.0 | Because of that, I was personally much more confident |
| 0:44.6 | in Tesla's ability to maintain that 2,000 per week for a model 3 |
| 0:48.2 | and hopefully ramp up from there throughout the quarter. |
| 0:50.6 | Since then, we've picked up some new information, |
| 0:52.4 | most specifically and importantly, from an Elon Musk e. the for me to go through and share my thoughts on it. The email which was posted by Electrec and other sites on April 17th started out saying, |

| 1:09.1 | We have now completed our third full week of producing over 2 model three vehicles. The first week was |
| 1:15.1 | 2020, the second week was 2070, and we just completed 2,250 last week, along with |
| 1:22.0 | 2,000 model S slash X vehicles." |
| 1:25.0 | So this offers confirmation that Tesla was able to sustain that 2000 per week production |
| 1:30.0 | level and actually increase it in the first couple of weeks of Q2. |
