We ended up having a bunch of stuff we had to handle yesterday.

doing the best we can with our shipping services to get everyone their products as fast as possible

i'm going to reiterate this again if you you want something or need it in an extremely timely fashion, extreme timely fashion,

The Postal Service has turning into an abysmal failure, even though we have a contract with them,

even though we ship out significant amount of packages with them, they have now pretty much used the COVID

excuse to any and all forms of negligence.

Even though stuff is taking sometimes a week and two weeks to arrive, completely out of

our hands, we're calling them, we're filing claims. We're pitching a fit. They send us back.

Blanket emails. They respond to us back on the phone. Blaken statements. Well, we apologize for any

inconvenience, but due to COVID, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. This is nothing more than a

downright excuse to no longer even provide remotely decent customer service to

its individuals. Now, UPS member is not a federally funded and bailed out entity. So UPS is

usually pretty good on the ball. I have to give them that. We use them a lot as well. So I just

want to give everybody a heads up. If you're buying stuff and you're just

kind of stocking up on it and you're not in a rush, we get out to you same day as fast as we can
