We're going to talk about a very sensitive issue, a very important issue, and in terms of tragedies,

one of the great tragedies that happens in America, so many mass shootings, so many families

at the end of the day getting news that a loved one has been killed,

murdered in cold blood, and the shock of it, and it's becoming more and more common in the news.

What's behind it?

not a big Second Amendment person, and it's not a major focus of mine, I'm not a gun owner myself,

I'm not part of the NRA. I don't believe the guns are the major issue at all here. But we'll talk about it.

Why the recent spike?

If you're watching the news, just, you know, video footage, if you're watching the news,

you're going to be seeing this more and more and more.

As I'm speaking, we'll just put some video up here, 45 mass shootings in the last month. Crime alert, incidences where four plus

people are shot. This is a local Fox affiliate. We'll look at a CNN headline in the moment.
