I am saying, ideologically, and by policy, what the government is sanctioning, sponsoring, fighting for amounts to child abuse,

and there are leading psychologists, there are leading medical experts who would agree.

In fact, the policies that America is pushing for are different now

than policies of some liberal European countries that are having a change of heart and recognizing the error of their ways.
