And we begin with a real life riddle. What do you get when you cross a zebra and a donkey?

An exceptionally rare offspring known as a zonky or a z-donk,

depending on who you ask.

The wild even for wildlife turn took place

at a nature preserve in Kenya, Africa.

Workers there were shocked to find the resident Zebra with a brand new full,

which because only its legs had stripes, they initially thought was covered in mud. A closer inspection revealed the truth. No mud, just mischief.

Why is the pairing so rare? Because a donkey has 62 chromosomes and a zebra has anywhere from 32 to 46

which means the two species are not genetically friendly and shouldn't be able to

produce a healthy hybrid.

Every now and then, though, nature surprises.

The nation's leading voice on the coronavirus

is giving us all reason to hope.

Yesterday, Dr. Anthony Fauchy expressed cautious optimism

that we may be turning the corner on the worst of the pandemic.

Life, he says, might start to return to normal a little at a time as early as May.

His words of optimism came one day after President Trump issued a coronavirus disaster declaration for Wyoming, the last of our 50th century. a a major crisis in all 50 states at the same time.

Overseas, some good news.

The Prime Minister of Great Britain is now out of the hospital.

Boris Johnson will continue his recovery at home,

but won't be returning to work just yet.
