here how you fellas making through all of this you know it's it is it's different

it's one of those things I think just me personally I struggle with things

of discomfort if I felt like I have a choice but when you don't have a choice

then you don't really have any other option than to make the best of the

situation so that's usually where I pivot and I go well let's let's find the

positives let's find things that we can learn from it let's let's think of the

things that we can do that we normally can't that's just the way I operate I can't
