Now, I saw an article that popped up on Breitbart yesterday.

This has been very interesting.

This is hopefully sets a precedent.

But then I'm going to kind of give you a little, little cliffhanger at the end here to kind of have you question everything that we're starting to hear.

A federal judge yesterday in New Mexico cleared all counts, acquitted a man that was charged in the January 6, 2021 protest at the U.S. Capitol.

His name was Matthew Martin of Santa Fe.

He was the first person charged in connection with the events on January 6th who's been acquitted of all charges.

U.S. District Judge Trevor McFadden issued the verdict from the bench after hearing testimony without a jury.

The outlet said McFadden allowed it was reasonable for Martin to believe outnumbered police officers allowed him and others to enter the Capitol through the rotunda doors on that day.

The judge says the defendant's actions were about as minimal as non-serious as anything

he has seen.

The bench trial, he basically, the judge said that the bench trial started Tuesday, testified

to a police officer that he was waved into the building after the riot erupted.

And the judge basically said that the video shows two police officers standing near the retunded doors,

opening the doors, and allowing people to enter as Martin approached.
