We got Gonzaga going up against UCLA. For those of you waking up on the West Coast. We have got also the battle of Texas with Texas with Houston going up against Baylor.

We'll see who the Texas State champion is. They will get to advance and play for the national championship.

I think we're going to end up with Gonzaga going up against Baylor. That's my predicted outcome before the bracket started.

That's what I filled out. That's probably what a huge percentage of you filled out.

And it's continuing kind of the chalk nature that has existed in sports so far since we started back up after COVID.

Think about it. Tampa Bay Lightning best team in the NHL. They win Dodgers best team in Major League Baseball.

They win the Alabama Crimson tie best team in college football. They win the even with Tom Brady going head to head with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers against the Kansas City Chiefs best quarterback in the history of the NFL wins going up against the best young quarterback defending Super Bowl champ in the NFL.

He wins. Well, Brian James and the Lakers. They win. Basically we have seen the teams that are favored to win championships.

When time after time after time and I think that's what's going to happen with the NCAA tournament in general. Now I think this axe are going to win.

But the status that they are in right now is incredibly rare.

Since the Indiana Hoosiers went undefeated 32 and 0 and won the title in 1976, only two other teams have been where the Zags are right now.

That is the 1991 UNLV run and reps. If you remember that UNLV team, Jerry Tarkanian was the coach. UNLV was undefeated when they were going up against Duke in the final four and Christian

Laitner Bobby Hurley coach K that's really when the legend of Duke basketball began that's when coach K took Duke basketball to the proverbial next level. Grant Hill. They won back to back championships in 1990 and in 1991 behind.

Duke's rise to dominance. They pulled off a huge upset over UNLV. They won the title in 91 and then I'm sorry Kentucky fans in 92. They pulled off the miracle after the Christian Laitner shot off of the Grant Hill pass if I remember correctly in that game.

And so that team lost with UNLV 2015 incredibly talented University of Kentucky team gets upset by Wisconsin in the final four and now we have the Zags sitting there getting ready for their opportunity now.
