All right folks we all experience certain levels of discouragement at

different points in our life. I know I do I know Katie's experienced discouragement

and pretty much everybody that I've ever met in my life, at least adults for sure, have experienced some level of discouragement.

And Katie and I really are trying to grow in our ability to identify the discouragement

before it really takes root and starts having a very impairing impact on our life. And we're going to talk about some of the

tips and tricks and kind of hacks that we use to keep ourselves from

spiraling, out of control in a very negative way. And so when we feel ourselves spiraling, we kind of implement some guidelines and some actions.

We're going to share those with you today.
