Oh my God, I missed yesterday.

Yes, it's true.

So this week, sometime this week, I will do two podcasts in one day.

Why did I miss? I was just plain in pain. I was just plain in pain.

That's today's expression and that's why I missed yesterday.

The expression was just plain adjective.

So let me give you a different expression to explain this expression.

You eat some apple pie and it is wow, wonderful, excellent, perfect. This is a great way to say how delicious it is. This apple pie is just plain delicious. This apple pie is just plain delicious. This apple pie is just plain excellent.

Just plain means simply, but it also means precisely or exactly. Just, J-U-S-T-P-L-A-I-M. Just plain adjective.

It's a great adjective. It's a great phrase to describe something that is purely whatever the adjective is. So, for example, E cubed.

I teach a daily expression.

And my goal is to make every expression, every word that I teach.

My goal is to make it easy.

So if you listen to my podcast and you say, wow, yes, it's easy, oh my goodness,

I understand. Oh, it's so easy. When Coach Shane explains something, it's very easy. You can say,

Coach Shane's EQ'd, it's just plain easy. I saw an advertisement yesterday for a truck. It's a really

nice truck. It's a raptor. It's a type of Ford truck. And the advertisement, the guy, his voice said,

the Ford Raptor, just plain fun.

Just plain fun.
