All right. Well, hello, hello, everybody. What is going on? My name is Jesse Lee. You call me hashtag boss Lee and I am excited to be on here with all of you.

Today we're going to talk about how you can get people to see what this business can do for them and build their own business.

And I know it's kind of like a weird topic because you can't call over.

I'm kidding. All right. But I'm also not kidding because the fact of the matter is that in our profession, what we're doing,

you literally cannot make people see what they don't want to see. You can't make them understand that this is a business that

changes people's lives. You can't make them build a business. They can't you can't you can't you can't. There are some of you on here that are on here,

but you're one foot out the door. The other is on a banana peel. You're about to leave anyway, but you came on the call.

He's felt like, oh, I'll come on one more call. I'll come on one more call. I'll come on one more call. And so I got to tell you,

I got to tell you, it's not your job as a coach or as a mentor or as a leader to to motivate anybody.

Okay. Because the fact of the matter is that motivation, motivation is an emotion. And motivation does not last very long.

All right. What you're looking for actually is inspiration. And so for me, when I talk about my life or my business,

or what it is that I'm doing or whatever you may have, it's more like how, if anything, can you inspire

through your own actions, people to take that next step. Does that make sense? That makes sense. You can like throw

a guess in the chat. All right. So for me, for me, I am constantly doing the most. If you don't know that, I am doing the most.

I am intentionally looking like end of month. Because if you look attractive at the end of the month,
