I'm going to tell you the story of the quintessential California native, born and raised,

chasing a sometimes fickle, sometimes elusive Hollywood dream.

Born April 5, 1962 in Long Beach, California, her family moved to San Francisco in 1967 and then to the countryside community of

Cloverdale, California in the early 1970s. There she took up horseback riding and as she got older she grew into quite the athlete

graceful and quite lovely.

During high school her family moved from Sonoma County to Napa Valley where she transferred to Pacific Union College Preparatory School in Angwin, California. By the time she was 16,

she was approaching a height of nearly six feet tall, making her one of the tallest

in her class.
