Glad to be here, happy to be here. This is my favorite day of the week,

is this is the day we get to bring the paranormal world to these these sheeple,

minions, these little little mind drones. Exactly. Yeah, it's really nice. Every other day of the week,

me and Roy are running around, you know, just full to the brim of paranormal facts. Right.

For most of our life, it's been like that. And then every Tuesday now, we just get to like, unload it.

It's awesome. In a heaping pile, almost scream it from the top of my lungs, Monday night at 11

59. I am in cold sweat in my bed. And then as soon as I hear that clock tick over, I scream,

roar. I call it the purge. That's right. Every week. I've really Wednesday through Monday,

I just fast. Right. Tuesday is my cheat day. So you eat a week's worth of food on one day.

Okay. Yeah, I do. Yeah. I try to average kind of 20 to 35,000 calories. Jesus Christ.

Between the hours of two to four AM. I mean, if you're seeing ghosts,

and that's why you need to be on this podcast, like I have an explanation for that. That's not a

mystery. This is this paranormal life, the only podcast where every Tuesday, we dissect a different

paranormal tale to work out whether it is true or whether it is false. What have you got for me today,
