It's a long one. It's a really good one. This is me my girl Tiffany Beber League going back and forth where she actually interviews me

We have a really awesome conversation about everything from race to being a powerful woman in the space to so much more and I just I know

One of the things that I am most proud of is I have held empathy very very tight to my chest since I started in this profession

And I think there's a lot of teams where you look at you know here. Let's talk about this basically an echo chamber

Everyone on the team looks the same everybody walks the same everyone talks the same everybody's the same religion

Everybody's the same skin color and something I'm really proud of is I know I have men women people who don't identify as any

I mean what ever

That follow me. I know I have a huge transgender following which I was all about the bat y'all they got all

No, no, no, no, no, no

Everything I think you'll call yourselves the alphabet mafia. I love it black white Asian everything in between and I just know

I know and I love that I'm a safe space for everybody in every kind of diversity. I'm safe to share

And that to me is just it's so powerful and I hope and I wish

I say wish because I and I say hope even though I usually say that

Those two words, but I really do hope and wish and pray that this profession starts to become more all

Inclusive instead of those echo chambers like Tiffany says we're trying to build an army and if you look at the way that I've recruit

The team that I personally have brought on not just our entire team

But I mean like my personal recruits. It's everybody

Every walk of life and I think that you're looking at a very healthy team if your team looks nothing like you as well
