Hmm.

What does this mean?

To give G-I-V-E, a holler, H-O-L-L-E-R?

Now, usually, if you look at the dictionary, the word holler means to yell at somebody.

Don't holler at me.

Don't yell at me. When I was young, my dad hollered at me every day. Yeah, I was a troublemaker.

Sometimes my teachers would holler at me. They would yell at me. Shane, don't do that. Shane, stop that.

Shane, you bad boy. And then they would spank me or hit me. yeah yeah i was a bad kid yep my dad used to holler at me

but today i can tell my dad oh dad don't worry just give me a holler so for example my dad said

i need to clean my car, but my back is hurting.

And I can say, oh, don't worry, dad, just give me a holler.

When you're ready, just give me a holler.
