And Carrie, welcome. I am so excited. Thank you for having me. I loved it. I did laugh when I saw your note when you said you're just kind of mad. You've never just I'm like where have I been and let me tell you. Long time. We just celebrated 10 years of being online.

How did I not know this? And I am. I was seriously irritated and here's what happened.

I was at a business event in Canada and

and so doing some traveling and during travel time I tend to listen to

podcasts and try to kind of catch up on stuff that I've missed and so I'm sitting there listening to a

podcast from Dale Partridge who's I love this podcast and you were a guest on his

show and I was like a junkie I was hanging on your every word and I'm like marking in the

podcast things I need to go back to listen to and I made note then oh we're finding

this girl and I'm gonna beg her to be on my podcast and I think it's because your message resonates so much with me and my story.
