Today we're actually going over a topic that a follower on Instagram suggested and that is how

husbands can be emotionally present for their wives.

And this topic really stuck out to Elisha and I because it's something

that we're constantly working on I feel like we've gotten so much better we have so many

stories of our first year or two of marriage where

Elisha wasn't that emotionally present and for some good reasons.

But this is something that we endeavor to get better at.

And so today we're just going over some reasons

why a husband might be emotionally not present

or emotionally distant, some practical ways

that Elish is emotionally present for me and hopefully those will be helpful and just learning how to be emotionally present for your spouse.

So we're going to be talking about this in regards to

husband specifically because stereotypically they're the ones who need to be more

emotionally present but really this can go both ways in a relationship. So I hope you guys enjoy this
