I know mine is I'm excited to be through the holidays and get back into routine. If you

didn't notice, I fell completely off the face of the planet when it came to the podcast

in the month of December. Life got busy. Do you feel me?

Do you feel me? It was crazy. I could not keep up. I had all of these things going on and I'm so

bummed that I wasn't consistent with the podcast, but that's life. If you weren't consistent with

whatever you got going on in your life, we've got to give ourselves grace. I tell my clients
