Absolutely great. This is such an experience. I'm so excited. I'm so happy that you're letting me do this and I really do appreciate you letting me tell you my story and hopefully

spreading awareness to kind of this disease and really you know just explaining it a little bit.

Yeah, absolutely. I'm so excited when you guys reached out to me.

Just to give you guys a little bit of background, I met Justin and his fiancee, Carolyn,

a few months ago at the Arnold and Carolyn did my makeup and Justin came with her and then I started

following both of them on Instagram and I was just really inspired by your story and

then you said you were coming to LA and I was like yes this is going to be a

great podcast so I'm excited for you guys to listen so Justin why

don't you tell the listeners a little bit about who you are and your cliff notes of

your story I guess yeah absolutely so obviously my name is Justin Williams. I live in Kansas City, Missouri. I am a personal trainer, online nutrition coach, and then I also do online blogging for a company called Health Host, which is basically like a Facebook meets body space on bodybuilding.

Yeah, I've seen you post on there. I think that's, I've never seen Hell Host before.

Yeah, it's really cool. It's a new and upcoming company that, you know, it's just such a positive community that really just fitness like-minded people and people who've gone through, you know, cancer or have illnesses in the family and whatnot. Yeah, so, let's see, August 19th, I was diagnosed with testicular cancer.
