So this expression means you have a goal, a goal, G-O-A-L, you have something you want to do maybe you want to quit smoking maybe you want to start a relationship or end a relationship maybe you want to go on a diet

maybe you want to master english, people talk about it.

Oh, I would love to do that.

I really want to do that.

Oh, I wish I could do that.

People talk about it.

But most people don't actually start.

And sometimes the hardest thing is starting.

So, you know, quitting smoking, that's a battle.

It's a war.

It's not easy.

Mastering the English language, very difficult.
