Today's expression is very good, but actually it's not a good expression.

But it's useful. This is it.

Take it out on someone.

To take it out on someone, don't take it out on me.

Are you taking it out on me?

Take it out on someone else.

Take it out on someone else. Take it out on someone, somebody, me, you.

Well, I am taking it out on you.

That's the idea.

What does it mean to take it out on somebody?

It means that inside you, you have a lot of stress, a lot of frustration, a lot of anger.

There's a lot of emotion inside you, and it explodes onto somebody. So if you're feeling angry,

like let's say you're at work and your boss makes you really mad, really angry.

Can you yell at your boss?

Well, it's probably not a good idea.

But then you come home.

After work, you come home and, oh boy, you might. Some people,

sometimes they take it out on their wife or their husband or their children or their dog or their cat. Oh, it's not good. It's not good. It happens, though. It does happen.

We're humans.
