Okay, today's expression is great.

It is, let's throw a party. Excuse me. Let's throw a party, P-A-R-T-Y.

So, party, you know, birthday party, a wedding party, anniversary party, retirement party. There are many Christmas party, New Year's party. There are many types of

parties, a dinner party. Now, some parties are loud, they have music, people are singing and

dancing, maybe they're drinking. Anyway, it's loud, right?

And some parties are much more quiet, very relaxed, very enjoyable.

There's some classical music, and the conversation is light, and it's much more serious.

So there's a difference in the verb that we use. So if you want to have a nice, quiet party, maybe for your grandmother who's 97 years old, you might want to have a party.

But if you're like me, no, that's not true. Me, I have a party. But if you're like me, no, that's not true. Me, I have a party. But if you're like a lot of

people, you know, let's say you're 25 years old, do you want to have a party? Or do you want to

throw a party? Have a good time. Be with your friends and I don't know. Go drink and go dancing.

Play games.
