And in today's episode, Katie are going to be talking about a tool that we heard. We kind of were taught this tool by

Katie's father, Chad Johnson, and this is something that he uses a strategic coach

to really give his clients his business clients confidence and I don't know about

you folks but confidence is something that I always enjoy having in different areas of my

life whether that's in my marriage in business enjoy having in different areas of my life,

whether that's in my marriage, in business,

in parenting, in my walk with the Lord,

I like having confidence and having this security

of walking, like I said, in confidence, it's a great thing.

And so Katie and I are going to share with you this tool that we use when we're lacking

confidence to help us regain confidence or just gain confidence for the first time in a specific area of life.
