I think poetry allows your communication to be unfettered and maybe to be more transparent

and more beautiful. And these are cries of the heart. Sometimes those are cries of joy, some cries

of pain, confessions of sin. I am incredibly transparent in this work,

and I hope that my transparency is a doorway for people. The goal of my life is not that I would

be a painting that you would say, I'd like to be like that painting, but I'd be a window to the glory of the Lord.
