Welcome back to this show everyone. Thank you again for taking the time out of your day to sit down with me and my special guest today who is Jeff Rose.

Now Jeff and I first met because we were in the same men's group and we bumped into each other first a couple months ago and I saw that he was walking around with a cannon camera and just by the looks of it I knew that whoever that was must be a YouTuber and so we kind of hit it off right off the bat.

And I'm super excited to be bringing Jeff to you guys today because he is a lot of wisdom, a lot of experience that he's going to share with you all.

Jeff is a certified financial planner and he is a CEO of Alliance, wealth management.

He used to serve in the National Guard, he did that for nine years and actually served in Iraq in combat and now he has a blog.

It's called Good Financial Synth.com and he's also written several books.

So he's a terrific writer, he's really really knowledgeable and you can find him on social media at J. Jeff Rose on Instagram.

I've got to know you decently well over the past couple of months, we've had a couple meetings and I've been impressed by who you are and who you've shared with me about who you are.

You have four kids.

Did you grow up in Illinois? I know you're half Filipino but I would love to hear your background upbringing, all that good stuff.
