And the thought of saying the word no

makes you want to hide under the covers

and shut all up the lights, right?

I know my hand is mega-raised. We thought so. So in an attempt to please everyone and never make anyone

feel bad or uncomfortable, we say yes to everything. Oftentimes at the expense of our business,

at the expense of our friends and family, and at the expense of honestly guys, our life.

Listen, when we say yes to everything, that oftentimes means that we're saying no to something, right?

So whether it's a client who you know doesn't 100% fit with your business,

but you need that money, you're saying no to peace of mind in the future.

If you're saying yes to a business opportunity that looks

flashy in the moment, you're saying no to time spent with family later. A lot of

people know they need to say no more often, but few know where even to start.
