10.30 a.m., January 11th, 2013 in Valdosta, Georgia. During morning gym class at Lowndes High School,

a few students climbed on top of the vertical gym mats to do schoolwork when they discovered

a pair of white socks sticking slightly from the top of one of the mats. Thinking someone was playing a

joke, they called a few others over and eventually the gym teacher joined them. He pulled a few of the mats down so that he could reach the mat in question, and pulled it on its

side. What he discovered was a male student dead inside the rolled-up gym mat.

Authorities were alerted, and that very same day, the police department made a statement

that they were sure no foul play had taken place in the death of this child.

Five years later, the family is still fighting for answers about what really happened to their son.

Hey everybody. We're back again with a new case. This case isn't as popular as it should be. We feel nonetheless, it's very interesting, very mysterious, and we have been beating our heads against the wall, trying to find anything and everything we possibly can. Unfortunately, the case of Kendrick Lamar Johnson is shrouded again in mystery.

Yeah, it is a really controversial case we have noticed.

It's honestly also difficult to find a straight answer about certain things. It's just there's so much mysterious circumstances going on here.

Jackie Johnson reported her son Kendrick missing when he was not home by 10.30 p.m.

The last time that Kendrick was seen was at school that day.
