And we begin with an introduction to the world's coolest gym teacher.

Joe Wicks is a YouTube fitness instructor who has taken it upon

himself to get millions of schooling from home kids up and off the couch. Every

weekday morning he live streams student-friendly workouts from his home in London,

then uploads them for later viewing in other time zones.

His goal, he says, is to fill the void of gym class and get you all moving, fit, energized, positive and optimistic.

Each PE with Joe is 30 minutes long, complete with warm-up, workout, and cool down.

In just a few short days, Mr. Wicks has broken a sweat with

students and countries from his own in England to Australia and everywhere in
