And then I take phone calls afterwards off the air.

And what ends up happening many times is the calls are full. The board is full.

And I don't get to people, well, other than those people waiting for an hour and a half, two hours.

I have actually received a couple of bar complaints for exactly this.

How dare you give out this advice?

It's terrible advice.

And my defense is, yes.

You have to hire a lawyer, i must tell you whenever a complaint

a bar complaint is filed there is an investigation automatically no matter how frivolous it is

and then you're asked to produce uh evidence uh one way or the other refute and you're crazy not to

hire a lawyer lawyer because this is

serious stuff whenever a lawyer is investigated or complaint to the bar and so generally my

lawyer you know here comes the bar complaint uh mr handel the complainant has said that you give legal advice that is wrong.

And if people rely on your legal advice, they will be guaranteed to lose a case, which is true.
