that all charges have been dropped against Jesse Smollett.

Cook County prosecutors agreed to drop the charges against Smollett in an unscheduled

hearing at the case Tuesday morning.

After reviewing all the facts and circumstances of the case, including Mr. Smollett's volunteer

service in the community in agreement to forfeit is bond to the city of Chicago.

We believe this outcome is just disposition and appropriate resolution to this case.
