morning. We begin with the Biden administration's decision yesterday to throw their plans for electric vehicles into full reverse

The Environmental Protection Agency or EPA announced a big change from their previously proposed rules.

Car companies will now only need to make about 35% of their fleets fully electric over the next

five years and that is way down from about 70% as previously proposed.
