Welcome to the show. Everyone, it is nice to be here. It feels like it's been

nine weeks since I've posted. It's been a long time. It's definitely been like a month, I think,

since I've been almost a month since I've been on the show. Now you can say you're in Port Canaveral.

I was in ice, yeah, a couple of shows. I was out at the Welcome Center with Walter and

Rob Marks, who's going to be one of our folks out there full time and getting it ready.

We've all been working like busy little pevers, getting it together. We're going to talk about

that later on in the show, but it's just nice to see everybody. I think I said to Cory,

I think this is the first time Cory, and I have sat at the table together. It's been a while.

Ian's usually Julie's here when I'm here. So what do we have for housekeeping? Anything?
