But I'm just gonna do I'm gonna take you behind the scenes for how I build my standards. I think this is actually very interesting people ask me about your process all the time

I was seven for seven on playoff teams in the AFC I take a lot of pride in this and obviously I can't I have the right to change it

But this is my process for picking the standings now

We've obviously had coordinator changes coaching moves free agency free agency's not done and we have the draft though

I don't tend to think I think people overvalue the draft like Trevor Lawrence will make an impact

You know, I think a couple offensive lineman for the Bengals could could solve their issues

I don't think the draft necessarily makes you better it makes you deeper

But I if you're if you're depending on the draft to make you good football team in in six months after it happens good luck
